Mat Pilates

A 5-week Pilates block at Northlake Yoga to reconnect with your body and build mindful strength, helping you not only to enhance your physical form but also to improve postural awareness. The sessions focus on low-impact core strengthening, while also promoting overall mobility. Beginner to intermediate level with options to adjust the difficulty.

To keep booking simple, there are two options:

Option A – Prepaid 5-Week Block

  • Price: $120 ($24 per session)
  • Guaranteed spot each week
  • Non-refundable
  • One student per block (not shareable)
  • Best value for regular attendance

Option B – Casual Sessions

  • Price: $28 per class
  • Book 1–5 sessions in advance
  • Cancel up to 24 hours before class for a refund or transfer
  • Transferable to another client with prior notice
  • Attendance subject to availability
