Coming soon! The Pelvic Health Reset programme is designed for women with pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence and prolapse.

Who is this for?
Pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD)—including incontinence, heaviness, pain, and other symptoms—is common after childbirth and often temporary. However, for some women, these issues can persist long-term. They are not something you should simply “put up with,” as PFD can impact every aspect of life.
Pelvic floor problems aren’t limited to pregnancy or the postpartum period. They can arise during perimenopause, after menopause, or at any stage of life. Because of the unique anatomy of the female pelvis, even young women and girls can experience pelvic floor issues.
What does this programme include?
This programme combines education, targeted clinical Pilates, and—where beneficial—massage therapy. Our approach focuses on:
- Improving alignment and posture to support pelvic floor function.
- Reconnecting breath and pelvic floor so they work together optimally to manage intra-abdominal pressure.
- Comprehensive assessment of your posture, breathing patterns, and movement.
- Goal-setting to understand your current activity level, where you want to be, and what may be holding you back.
Together, these elements create a tailored plan to restore pelvic floor function and help you move with confidence.
NB! This is NOT pelvic floor physiotherapy. No internal assessments are done.
