Rebuild your strength, reduce pain, and move better—one mindful rep at a time. At Body Recharge, our 1-on-1 mat and reformer Pilates sessions are fully personalised and grounded in movement science. Our approach to Pilates can be described as targeted, functional, and mindful with a strong rehabilitation focus.

Pilates is a low-impact type of resistance and mobility exercise that is beneficial for everyone, but especially for those with lower back, hip, shoulder or knee problems. Pilates is an excellent choice for both sedentary and active individuals.

Experience personalised 1:1 Pilates at the Body Recharge Home Clinic (Mat and/or Reformer). To get you started, enjoy two 60-minute intro sessions for $180. Session lengths to suit you: 60, 45, or 30 minutes (30 min on request).
